Why this site exists
Search "ERP implementation cost" and every page-one result is a system integrator, an implementation partner, or a vendor blog. The independent data that does exist is scattered across Panorama's annual PDFs, Software Path benchmarks, ISG Index quarterlies, and Gartner paywalls. There is no single dated, sourced reference for what an ERP implementation actually costs.
erpimplementationcost.com pulls the independent data into one place, dates each row, and links every claim to its source. We do not sell ERP software, implementation services, or partnership lead-gen.
What we do
- Track per-user list pricing across 8 ERP vendors — live-verified where possible, industry-reported with citations where pricing pages block crawlers.
- Publish phase-by-phase implementation cost ranges sourced from Panorama, Software Path, and aggregator synthesis.
- Maintain a hidden-fee inventory of 10 charges that rarely make it onto the initial SOW.
- Provide a budget builder that emits a phased project budget based on company size, ERP platform, customisation level, and implementation lead. URL state is shareable.
- Re-verify every row at least quarterly. Pre-deploy gate blocks publication if data is older than 90 days.
What we don't do
- We do not sell ERP software, implementation services, or system integration.
- We earn no affiliate commission on any vendor or partner listed.
- We do not accept sponsored placements that influence pricing claims or methodology.
- We do not editorialise vendors as "good" or "bad". The data is factual; the framing is neutral.
